MSDE service stops and does not restart, it takes reboot to restar

Dears,
We have a problem with MSDE 2000 installed on win2003, the services get
stoped after some time and it does not restart mannual , it gets start only
after we reboot the system.
Advice us some solutions for the same.

Hi Dinesh,
If it won't start, there should be something in the system event log to give
you a hint.
