MSDE Redistributable rights

Hi,
I'm developping a software that use's an SQL Server database. I think to distrubute the MSDE with my application that I sold to users. I read the EULA and the discussion group and I don't see the answer for this.
I break the EULA?

no... you don't, but please register at
http://www.microsoft.com/sql/msde/ho...stregister.asp to be entitled
for distribution rights...
